A fascinating documentary on the rise and fall and rise again of former Beatle drummer Pete Best.
The two hour film includes the stories of the Casbah Coffee Club, Liverpool, Hamburg, the Tony Sheridan recordings, Merseybeat, the Decca Sessions, EMI and the final dismissal of Pete from the Beatles with their first vinyl single record 'Love Me Do' & the charts beckoning.
The story is told through interviews with Astrid Kirchnerr, Klaus Voormann, Pete's brothers Rory Best and Roag Best, Neil Aspinall and John's first wife, Cynthia Lennon.
